RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At VYAMAI, each product is made intentionally—many are made-to-order using a print-on-demand model. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues, color preferences, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or buyer’s remorse.
We kindly ask all customers to review product descriptions, sizing charts, and order details carefully prior to completing your purchase.
Returns & Exchanges — What We Accept
We only accept returns in cases where your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- With a manufacturing or printing error
To request a replacement, please contact us at hello@vyamai.com within 7 calendar days of receiving your package and include the following:
- A clear photo showing the specific defect or damage
- A photo of the entire product, fully visible
- A photo showing the original packaging and shipping label
- Your order number and full name
- A brief explanation of the issue
We may request that the item be returned for inspection before issuing a replacement. Requests that do not meet the above criteria may be denied.
Important: We reserve the right to reject claims that appear to be fraudulent, abusive, or intentionally manipulated. Any items that have been altered, washed, worn, or damaged after delivery will not be eligible for return or replacement.
What Is Not Accepted
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges in the following cases:
- Incorrect size selection by the customer
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Style or color preference
- Order placement errors made by the customer
- Washed or worn items
- Items marked final sale, discounted, or part of promotional offers
- Gift cards or digital products
- International orders are not eligible for exchange or return
- U.S. domestic orders are not eligible for exchange, only for replacement if defective
Return Conditions
To be eligible for any return or replacement:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- The claim must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery
- The original packaging must be included in submitted photos
- Return shipping (if requested) must be pre-approved and trackable
Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- If a replacement is approved, we will cover the shipping cost of the new item
- We are not responsible for return shipments lost or delayed in transit
- For any returns sent without prior approval, we reserve the right to refuse processing
Legal Alignment
This Return & Refund Policy is incorporated into and governed by our Terms & Conditions. It is fully compliant with applicable consumer protection laws in the United States. By placing an order with VYAMAI, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above.
