At VYAMAI, we offer a curated selection of products designed to support a balanced, mindful lifestyle. Some of our items are ready-made and ship shortly after the order is placed, while others are produced on demand, specifically for you, once your purchase is confirmed. This approach allows us to reduce overproduction and support more conscious consumption.
Order Processing and Production Time
Order fulfillment times may vary depending on the product type.
- For ready-to-ship items, processing typically begins within 1–3 business days.
- For made-to-order items, please allow 2 to 5 business days for production prior to shipping.
Orders are fulfilled and shipped from our partner facilities located in the United States, Mexico, or Europe, depending on your location and product availability.
Shipping Within the United States
Estimated delivery time, including production, is approximately 5 to 11 business days from the date of purchase.
Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations.
Estimated delivery time, including production, is approximately 12 to 25 business days, depending on the destination and local customs procedures.
Please note that all shipping timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, local postal service conditions, force majeure events, or periods of high demand. VYAMAI is not liable for shipments delayed beyond these estimated timeframes.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination country
- Quantity and type of items in your order
- Chosen shipping method (if applicable)
Discounted or free shipping may be applied to qualifying multi-item orders. Final shipping charges will be displayed before completing your purchase.
Shipping Limitations
We do not ship to certain restricted regions due to carrier limitations, international regulations, or logistical constraints. If your shipping address falls into a non-serviceable region, you will be notified during checkout and your order will not be processed.

VYAMAI is not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance processes, incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer, or any external events beyond our control.
We are not liable for lost, delayed, or returned packages resulting from address errors made during checkout.
For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These charges are not included in the purchase or shipping price.
